Do the research. Don't vote for a familiar name or by ethnicity or race. Vote by qualification, as you would for any employee placement. Likability shouldn't be the reason you vote for anyone.

I know of no person regardless of color, who has something to offer society, who hasn’t been successful.
Diversity and Equity are excuses to reward those who don’t have skills, mainly to gain votes one way or another.
We must stop emboldening the unqualified into believing they have equal talents. We are not all equal and never will be.
We must stop allowing the minority voices to dictate social policy.
We are destroying our country trying to appease everyone. That is; everyone but the group who made this country great. Caucasion men!
