Saturday afternoon I went to the Melbourne Square Mall, in Melbourne Florida. It was empty except for several hoodlum-looking (scary-looking) dark skinned patrons. In the stores all I heard was Rap music. No customers, but several black or black/Hispanic clerks. The two clerks I encountered to assist me in picking up a package were pleasant enough, but with the (c)Rap music and clerks who don’t understand English and who are hard to understand when they respond, it’s obvious to me why there seems to be a lack of affluent customers shopping in public venues. Frankly, I was scared to death to venture out into the parking lot for my car. You won’t find me in that place or any other place where there is an unequal balance of race vs: population. Diversity and equity are killing this country.
Diversity and equity are only forced in some businesses. It’s suicide to hire incompetent employees to satisfy the government’s idea of who should get the job.
You won’t find diversity on the football field. When have you seen a black quarterback or a female linebacker? How about a black, lesbian midget playing basketball? How about a LGBTQ studio musician who can’t read music? I could go on and on, but you get the point. WOKE businesses staffing based on Diversity rather than qualifications. They’re running off the majority of potential customers in order to appease a minscule number of the population.
