Poor school performance?

The reason no amount of money thrown at the problem of inner-city school poor performance has never improved the grades of the students is because the problem isn’t the schools. The problem is the lack of intelligence of the students. You can’t teach to those who can’t learn.
This country is breeding itself stupid, and it starts in low income communities. But, it isn’t the community or the low income – it’s the low intelligence of the people that's the problem and there’s no way of fixing that. The only answer – stop reproducing!
