Do the research. Don't vote for a familiar name or by ethnicity or race. Vote by qualification, as you would for any employee placement. Likability shouldn't be the reason you vote for anyone.

They know the IQ of their students.
Schools are implementing a grading system based on what the less-intelligent students can accomplish. Why? Because they know that black’s average IQ is lower than white's and Asian's. Unfortunately, this dumbs down the system and the education of the more capable children.
The proper way to handle the differences in abilities of the different races is to segregate the classrooms and instructional material as well as the teachers by qualification. Diversity in teacher placement is detrimental to our education system and holds back the more intelligent students. Likewise, less qualified students give up trying to accomplish what they will never be able to.
Unfortunately, rather than facing the facts, politicians scream racism to gain simple-minded voters rather than finding the best solution that will produce the best educational results possible.
Affirmative action or now known as diversity, doesn’t solve the problem. It simply puts people in positions they aren’t qualified for. And abandons our brightest who could have excelled. It’s the people-part of the socialism goal. Dumb-down the population! Make the smart ones give up trying while the dumb ones are running things.
