Do the research. Don't vote for a familiar name or by ethnicity or race. Vote by qualification, as you would for any employee placement. Likability shouldn't be the reason you vote for anyone.

Term Limits: What a stupid idea!

We already have term limits called elections for those politicians we no longer want in office. Why should we have a law that forces a very qualified person (employee) from his job for no reason. You wouldn’t run a business that way and expect it to be fully successful.
The governmental segments of this country are businesses. The US Government being the largest business in the world, yet we force qualified management (POTUS) out every eight years. How very stupidly shortsighted passing that law was!
It would be equally stupid to pass a law restricting any elected person from staying in office if the citizens wanted to reelect them.
Term limits amount to disposing of qualified people for no reason and should never be turned into law. In fact, we should eliminate the term limit for POTUS and let the voters decide if/when the POTUS should leave office.
