Do the research. Don't vote for a familiar name or by ethnicity or race. Vote by qualification, as you would for any employee placement. Likability shouldn't be the reason you vote for anyone.

It's not racism, it's a lack of respect!
It's very easy to end what is being called racism. EARN SOME RESPECT!
You call it racism against blacks, but in reality it's a lack of respect. Face it: too many blacks are disrespectful towards whites and almost everything else. If they want to end 'racism', all they have to do is earn respect by being respectful. Police don't care what color you are, but they do care if you are disrespectful towards them and our system (as does every one). Be respectful of our laws and you have nothing to fear of those who are responsible for enforcing them.
Respect is earned - not assigned! Be respectable in all you do, you’ll be amazed at the response.
