Blacks must STOP Racial profiling!

Blacks are guilty of racial profiling. Racial profiling is responsible for unqualified people being voted into positions they aren’t qualified for.  Affirimative action is another form of racial profiling that puts unualified people in jobs based on their skin color rather than their qualifications. Don’t believe me? Take a look at the black-run cities and states. Many of those leaders are either not qualifed and only self-serving. but they got the job because of racial profiling. Use your head! Do the research and vote for the most qualified.

IF BUSINESSES LET THE EMPLOYEES CHOOSE THE BOARD OF DIRECTERS AND CEO, THEY’D GO BROKE (for that same reason).

Everyone racial, ethnic and gender profiles.  Don’t let it guide your decisions.
